We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I try to keep all my pieces one of a kind, thus I can not make exact replicas due to the inventory of beads, metals, and other materials. That said, I can mimic or be inspired by a design to make a new one that is unique and special to you.

Please contact me with your design inspiration, stone type, desired length, metal, etc. I will give you a quote. Once we’ve reached an agreement I will design your piece and upload it to the website for you to purchase. 

Clasps are either sterling silver, silver plated, or gold plated. If you want a change in metal color or want a more accessible clasp please ask via our contact form.
